I am the veterinarian for a small shelter and spay/neuter clinic in rural Tennessee. I am proud to be associated with such a wonderful group of rescuers as Pooches Cooperative. I do many of the sterilization surgeries and vetting for the pooches and kitties heading north and even foster some myself. I live on a mini farm with my husband and daughter along with our eleven dogs, five cats, four parrots, six potbelly pigs, two miniature horses, and five goats (numbers subject to change ;-p). All of our animals are rescues and part of the family. I love being a part of connecting families with their new pets, saving lives, and helping the pet overpopulation issues in the rural south.
